All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders shipped outside of Türkiye.

Refusal to pay customs charges does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
If customs duties are not paid:
- The shipment will be treated as a refused delivery.
- The order will not be automatically canceled.
- If the item is abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities, no refund will be issued.
- If the item is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed only after deducting return shipping costs, customs charges, and any related fees.
